"Thank you for an opportunity to speak on this. Let me tell you that SP Shingla has been constructing bridges, but the rail bridges were the first experience for us with bolted structures. Now it was a great challenge for us to get the required torque. We tried many machines but they did not give us the proper output at all. Then I came across your machines and ordered them. The machines, I found them to be very good due to their output. As the bolts were to be tightened, in the ground as well as at site at height around 20 m. For the open joints, yes hydraulic torque machines were very good.I will just tell you about my experience that I use other machines, but your machines are very good and I am really very happy about it."

And I also thank Tritorc for giving me this opportunity to speak on this dais. So being MTHL, which is India’s longest Sea bridge. It is a tough task, so while starting the project we ended up building some temporary access bridges. So we were dealing with somewhere around 5,00,000 bolts. And apart from that we are dealing with 45,00,000 to 50,00,000 bolts in our whole project, so we were very much in need of experts. So what L&T sees Tritorc is not only as a service provider, but we see them as a solution provider. So Whenever we are stuck with some bolting operations, we call Tritorc. So coming to Tritorc they have a manufacturing facility in Mumbai. So the Service is provided on time, I mean if you face any problem, they are here within no time whenever you raise your concerns."

"Thank you very much to Tritorc, for giving me this opportunity. We are from Bhavani Erectors Pvt. Ltd. And mainly we are erecting boilers in thermal power plants and as of now in India we are currently erecting Ten Projects and all are bolted structures, while some projects have welded structures but mostly now new projects which are upcoming have bolted structures. So we have used Tritorc machines on our project at the Chhabra Thermal power plant, here we were working on unit no 6 with 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 bolts and the Tritorc machines we used were very good and the service provided was good as well. We have purchased 6 to 8 machines and our overall experience was very good. We have purchased two machines for the NTPC, Dadri Project and have further purchased 3 to 4 machines for our Tamil Nadu, Udangudi Project. Our business with Tritorc goes back 3 to 4 years. "Since we were work on a Global scale, we decided to have an annual rate contract, we have chosen Tritorc as our rate contract partner for L&T. Whatever site we achieve in India we have Tritorc, simply we have to just pick a call and tell them the requirement. Now after having done this we are spreading globally, we are starting our operation in middle east, there also I am sure we will extend our relation with Tritorc. This may not be relevant but I want to highlight what I have seen in Tritorc is that they are very committed. I remember one case in August 2017, there was flood in Mumbai. And we were working in IOCL Mathura and immediate mobilization was required so we had Mr. Shahrukh and Mr. Lavin, they took a personal interest, and even the train services were disturbed there. So within 48 hours they mobilized their equipment at site and provided us a very good support. They have very professional behavior, they do not compromise on quality and safety so probably that is the reason and of course the back bone is Naresh Purswani, who is any way my own friend, I have known him from more than 30 years and all and He has acted as a back bone of Tritorc."
